What to expect from us and what we expect from you

Our clients are leaders in the automotive, aerospace, consumer products, medical device, electronics, telecommunications, high technology, food processing among other industries and place premium value on getting high performers in their organizations and this allows us to be selective with the types of clients that we represent. We only work with employers that value their human capital and value the work we do in locating professionals like yourself. We are committed to adding value to our client’s organizations through the people we represent.

Our Process:

STEP 1: We will discuss your career plan with you. If necesary we will help you calrify your goals and expectations. This step will allow us to guarantee guarantee that your decisions are based on long term career goals and not just immediate financial benefits.

STEP 2: We will review your resume and if necesary make adjustments so that it is perfectly aligned with your career goals and adequately reflects you knowledge, experience and achievements. Your resume will also work as a score card and planning tool for your career.

STEP 3: We will review your current compesastion information and compare it to the market. Understand your salary expetations and determine if they are feasible and in line with your knowledge, experience and achievements. We will also determine if your mid and long term salary expectations can be achieved with your expected career path. If they are not we will work on a course of acion.

STEP 4: Your information will be entered into our private database.

STEP 5: When we see an opportunity that matches your profile and career plan we will send you and discuss the job description.

STEP 6: If, and only if, you are interested in exploring the job oportunity we will submit your resume to our client and include you in the recruiting process.


What to expect from us.-

1) We will Represent you and your credentials (resume or curriculum vitae) with respect and integrity

2) We will Aggressively and assertively protect your privacy and exercise extreme discretion over your professional credentials and related confidential information entrusted to us by you.

3) We will Be honest and straightforward and not mislead you concerning your qualifications and their match or non-match to career opportunities with our clients that you may be interested in.

4) We will Never attempt to persuade you to accept a career opportunity that is not in your best professional or personal interest.

5) We will provide verbal or written feedback to you as quickly as possible after an interview with our client.

6) We will exercise objective and impartial judgment in each search consulting assignment, giving due consideration to all relevant facts.

7) We will Perform all search consulting assignments competently, and with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency.

8) We will Strive to be accurate in all communications with both clients and candidates and encourage them to exchange relevant and accurate information.

9) We will never send your resume or CV to a client without your advance verbal or e-mailed permission.

10) We support equal opportunity in employment and objectively evaluate all qualified candidates


What we expect from you.-

1) To be honest and forthcoming with Qualifind regarding all details and facts regarding your professional career. Such details and facts include but are not limited to: dates and times of employment, employers worked for, types of experience attained, locations of employment, legal status to work, compensation and benefits paid, education and training achieved, professional affiliations, etc.

2) To understand that Qualifind respects you as a fellow human being, your professional skills and experience and views you as a valued component of their business success and profitability. Qualifind views a long-term relationship with you as beneficial to Qualifind and beneficial to you and your career. You hereby agree that you will respect your Qualifind recruiting professional’s time, energy and resources invested on your behalf and will do nothing that will endanger that respect and trust.

3) To be honest and forthcoming to any Qualifind recruiting professional you are working with regarding your interest or lack of interest in a career opportunity that have contacted you about. Your recruiter’s time is as valuable as your time. Honest and direct communication will be appreciated and respected. Dishonesty and misleading communication can be damaging to your career.

4) Should you decline to participate in a career opportunity that Qualifind has contacted you about and later change your mind, you agree to work with Qualifind on that career opportunity and no other recruiting organization. Qualifind respects your right to work with multiple recruiting firms or recruiters. However it is understood that it is unethical to work with two recruiters representing the same client and if contacted by two recruiters representing the same client, you hereby agree to work with the first recruiter that contacted you.

5) When required to present professional references, you agree to provide references that can honestly attest to your experience, abilities and work ethic.

6) Commit yourself to an interview process, when the following conditions have been met for your benefit:

a) You have been provided with an opportunity to meet with the client and learn more about the career opportunity independent of Qualifind involvement.

b) You have verbally indicated that you have continued interest in the opportunity after one interview.

c) You have been asked by Qualifind and/or the Qualifind client hiring manager if you would accept a counter offer from your current employer and you answered that you would not accept a counter offer.

10) If you are successful in the interview process with a Qualifind client and you are presented an offer of employment, you hereby agree to evaluate the offer of employment to determine if it meets the expectations that you verbally indicated to your Qualifind recruiter. If the offer of employment does meet the expectations that you indicated to Qualifind prior to the offer being made, you hereby agree NOT to take this offer of employment back to your current employer in order to get a counter offer. You also agree that the practice of soliciting or accepting a counteroffer is considered unwise, unethical and unprofessional. If the offer of employment does NOT meet the expectations that you indicated to Qualifind prior to the offer being made, it is understood that you should decline the offer of employment.

11) To fully utilize your experience, knowledge, skills and work ethic for the enhancement of your new employer’s organization, if you are ever hired by a Qualifind client.
