Channel Manager

Identifies, develops, and manages organization's channel marketing strategies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Develops and implements channel marketing strategic plans and goals to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services.

Develops and manages channel partner contracts, promotions, programs, and account activities.

Forecasts, formulates, and manages market development budgets.

Analyzes sales reports and market trends, and identifies channels and account targets.

Acts as liaison between executive management and sales organization to ensure corporate marketing plans and sales activities coincide.

Tracks effectiveness of channel marketing programs, and recommends pricing, promotions, and programs to meet sell through and return on investment goals.

Works with inside or outside agencies to develop promotions and promotional materials to increase sell through and return on investment.

Coordinates the preparation and delivery of point of purchase, point of sale, and merchandising materials to distributors, store locations, or retailers to support store promotions.

Analyzes inventory reports to ensure proper stock levels at distributor and retail locations.

Prepares and presents ongoing reports to executive management.
